We offer a unique and personal experience at Volente Beach Resort. We have a very limited number of bungalows available, and we do not overbook our property as you might find at chain hotels. During your stay we are not able to change linens. Please plan accordingly. If you have any questions about these policies, please do not hesitate to call us.
Cancellations:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you'll be be charged 50% for all nights.
Smoking:
There is NO SMOKING inside any of our bungalows. You may smoke outside but please be safe and dispose of your butts properly. There are limited areas at the waterpark where you can smoke - near the pool bar.
Outdoor Cooking/Grills:
All bungalows have their own charcoal BBQ and tools. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. The lake house has a propane grill.
There is no grilling/outdoor cooking allowed at the waterpark. Do not bring your own grills.
Park Access:
All reservations include admission each day during your stay (including arrival and departure dates). There will be wristbands upon check in for each guest to wear throughout your stay. Do not remove these while staying with us. Your unique wristbands allow our staff members to recognize you as overnight guests!
If you have friends joining you for the day, they may purchase a day pass at the Main Entry in the Surf Shop.
Hours:
Our rentals are not staffed 24/7. All bungalows are self check-in using a code. Visit volentebeach.com for waterpark & restaurant hours.
Pets:
At this time we do not allow pets in the bungalows. We are happy to offer some suggestions for options.
If we discover that a pet is staying with you, there will be a $150 fee and you may be asked to leave. Your booking confirms acknowledgment.
Coolers at the Waterpark: **There is a daily fee per cooler**
Coolers with pre-cooked food, snacks and non alcoholic beverages are allowed. Coolers will be checked and tagged at the main entry gate by a staff member in the Surf Shop.
DO NOT bring outside alcohol or glass into any area in the waterpark.
We have a TABC license for the restaurant, and offer alcohol on site for sale.
You most definitely can enjoy your personal alcoholic beverages at your bungalow.
